A Probate Judge is reading out the last will and testament of a recently deceased testator: >So to you, dear cousin Billy: I have promised to mention you in my will. And so did I. Have a nice day, Billy.<

An old gentleman who was a little superstitious wanted to make sure that, in case there was something like a ferryman who needs to get paid for having access to the underworlds, his money would for sure be in his grave. So he gave envelopes with $100,000 each to his 3 most trusted friends, a lawyer, a doctor and a preacher and told each of them to throw the envelope into the open grave before the undertaker would cover the grave with soil. When the old gentleman had died, his friends stood at his grave. They threw the envelopes into the grave, and then the undertaker covered the grave.
Suddenly the preacher said to the others: >I feel so guilty. I mean, I needed money to build a shelter for the homeless in our city, and so I took the money the old gentleman gave me. I threw the envelope into his grave with no money in it, just a letter of thanks I wrote to our late old gentleman. I did it just because I wanted to do good with his money. And also I do not believe in that ferryman in the underworlds, so I think he will not need his money now that he is dead.<
The doctor felt almost relieved, as he also had to make a confession: >Myself feels guilty as well, did I take the money from the envelope to fund the new equipment in our hospital for poor people who cannot pay for their treatment. I  just put a foto of the medical equipment into the envelope that I threw into the grave.<
The attorney-at-law frowned and gave a stern look at the late gentleman’s other friends. He said: >How dare you! Haven’t we promised to our friend that we would throw his monies into his grave? You did not, so he might be short of funds in the underworlds. Me, being an honest lawyer, deposited the $100,000 in my bank account and put a check into the envelope. Now he can at least cash this check, if there should be a ferryman in the underworlds.<
